Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy offers a soft radiance, warm and comforting.

You settle into the light, allowing it to move gently across the skin. The session is deeply quiet, with a moment of rest that feels both grounding and subtly uplifting.

Red light is therapeutic for skin as it increases collagen production. It also supports hormonal health, among other benefits. Near infrared light waves stimulate charging of mitochondria, increasing energy.  There is no effort required, only presence.
